I’m starting this blog to think out loud about papers I’m reading and ideas I’m exploring in the broad discipline of computer security and privacy. As I work through my master’s I hope to use this space to help shape my thesis work and future PhD research.
Each post will dig into a paper or concept I find interesting. I’ll try to explain what’s compelling about it, what questions it leaves open, and where I think the work could go. I’m not concerned with producing polished analyses but rather documenting the process of figuring out what matters and how to think about it.
I’ve found that writing forces you to confront how well you actually understand something. Doing it publicly adds a bit of accountability. And hopefully it creates a record of how my thinking evolves.
